I assumed this was an issue with the devilsaur set and/or blackstone ring due to the hit aura bug with gear, but even without any other +hit items equipped my Wyrmhide Spaulders aren’t giving me any hit rating.
Oddly enough, if I equip them and then switch to different shoulders, I get the 2% hit from the Wyrmhide. As in, I’m only getting the 2% hit rating after putting them on and then swapping them for something else. So I get the 2% hit rating with my Clouddrift Mantle on after replacing the Wyrmhide.
