They don’t have to change caster in that example, they just have to make it easier for the Warrior to succeed. How? Not our job! In most cases they will just change damage/healing/defense modifiers. But if that helps to get the job done, that is fine enough!
They also don’t have to over do the job. Even small buffs would already help a bit without affecting the overall balancing too much!
They are necessary! The players of classes that can’t compete also pay for the game!
