WW arena strategy

I’m definitely not great at arena but that’s all I play the game for. Played MW Ret in season one and that was fun with crane kills. Playing ww now since they seem way better. Mainly doing 2’s with Ret friend. Other irl friend wants to play priest. Can anyone help with comps formed with these classes? And any brief strategy’s cause we kind of just mongo

WW/Ret/Healer is actually a pretty strong comp but underplayed on NA. I’ve seen a few playing at high rating on EU.

  • Seems like the general idea of the comp would be to cleave and control double melee.
  • Against double caster teams focus 1 caster and make swaps to the other on defensive cooldowns to keep dps as high as possible.
  • 1 melee / 1 caster teams focus the caster to bait the melee into FoF cleave. Peel for your healer when he needs it if the melee just tunnels him all game.
  • Make swaps to healer against any comp whenever he pushes into range and wings / storm,earth,Fire is up to get trinkets with stuns.
  • Always be ready to help your Ret close the game by incap / leg sweep on the healer while he has a low hp DPS and wings are active. That would be a prime moment to pop ToD, do some damage and then peel to CC healer while he explodes! :grin:
