Are you tired of seeing WTS walls of spam in your finder? Would you like to actually get Blizzard’s attention with screenshots and more? Well look no further!
Now you can go straight to the source. RMT is, in fact, considered a cheat, and this is where you can report them en masse with a screen shot or 20. Take matters into your hands and bring it right to them. Best of luck!
Reporting a the spam and getting that particular account actioned does nothing because…

Accounts are free. Ban one, they’ll spin up a new one. The only effective way to combat the issue is for people to stop paying these places for this stuff, but the world doesn’t operate on common sense. It operates on money and dopamine.
Not what I said. Accounts are free. You only have to pay the sub fee to be able to post in there. I don’t know what they charge for this garbage, but it must be enough to offset the risk of losing that sub fee, or enough idiots are actually paying for this crap.
I mean, you’re not entirely wrong. but according to the article, if you see someone cheating or hacking, you can send an email to that address with screenshots. RMT is considered cheating in the EULA and ToS, so the mailbox is valid. Worst case scenario, the group that gets them has to forward them internally to the team who actually handles it.
All that aside, it means SOMEONE is looking at it all Personally, I don’t use the system, and have no skin in the game. But if the in game report function feels “unseen”, at least this offers an alternative!
Nothing is getting forwarded, because a screenshot does NOT give them all the information they need. That’s why the right click report function was implemented: to get them all of the correct info and backend data that they need.
Also: as per the EULA, RMT does not fall under cheating. It falls under the following:
End before we get hung up on the word “exploit,” that is an entirely different category, as well. They use it here as a verb, not a category.
