I was in a BG today and every time a warrior charged me I would just insta die, pop all cooldowns as fast as possible (2seconds or less) and it didn’t matter. One guy was doing 1.5 million dmg to me in 2seconds or less every time he changed me. I have max ilvl pvp gear. I’m not glad status by any means, but I’m also not a sh*Ter. I know its pre patch, but you can’t even play against them at this point.

From a spriest perspective, it was more about not being able to respond to anything a fury warrior does when they are in my face. And when they are in my face, they save their interrupts and CC for when I use void torrent or flash heal. None of my other damage spells are able to outdamage their self healing. I end up dead while they end up with 80% or more health.
No way in heck a pure dps class should be healing for that much with his basic damage rotation. Imagine if my spriest healed himself each damage cast.
Fear them? Yea, easily broken.
Root them? Yea, easily broken.
Stun them? Okay, at least I can stun them for a few seconds, but it doesn’t give me enough space to accomplish much before they are in my face again.
I just afk until the fury kills me. Less aggravating. At least I can pick a booger or two and feel much more accomplished.

Yup, saw one the other day. It’s crazy.
It’s a few things.
Obviously Death Wish, which increases our damage done AND taken by up to 50%. It takes 20 seconds to stack up and can’t be cancelaurad, so you just have to identify death wish fury warriors and get ready to CC and nuke em.
Thunderous roar got changed to buff our bleed damage by 30% for the duration. Most of the big damage fury is doing is bleeds.
Double odyn’s fury which has a 4 second bleed. One of your odyn’s fury is auto-cast when you use avatar. Avatar is off the GCD, so you can just macro avatar and thunderous roar to one button.
Titanic rage causes your next four single target attacks to hit 4 nearby targets for 55% additional damage after using odyn’s fury. This is important because your next two single target abilities are going to be Bloodthirst, cast by the unhinged talent while bladestorming, and bloodthirst crits apply a six second bleed.
(The bloodthirst bleed leeches health. Combined with the 3% leech talent, you heal quite a lot for the duration of your big go).
Stacking as much mastery as you can get your hands on. You don’t care about sustained damage or rage gen, so it’s all just Mastery > vers > Crit.
Use volatile crimson embers. Grab a berzerker buff. Throw a displacer at the enemy team. Enjoy being sort of busted for a month while every other playstyle we have is unplayable.
You can do this every 1.5min.
Between cooldowns, you do some of the worst damage of any spec in the game because of the armor changes, to the point where in a lot of epics I literally sit back and do nothing while waiting for cooldowns.
Death wish does a little to offeset this, but if you get focused with deathwish up you are a free kill.
It’s the fury warrior equivalent of the ele shaman crit stacking cheese build. You have a ton of ramp up time and it’s easily countered by people who see it coming. But it absolutely destroys people who don’t expect it.
If you’re a complete degenerate and have your S3 tier set, you can rock two pieces of that for even more odyn’s fury damage.
It probably wont be a thing once we level to 80 because secondary stats will tank, which means we’ll probably do like 60% less damage into relatively larger health pools.

Fury got their TTW talents, and they are strong. They were strong before they got the new talents, but yeah…god mode activated.

A shaman simply pressed wall, lived with 50% health, and then the warrior can’t outpace earth shield healing.
Thank you. Now I know why I lose so much hp even when I have evasion on. I know he used deathwish just didnt know it was from the bleed. I have to use cloak talent vs fury from now.

I’m splitting two set bonuses on a few of my characters, but does that really make me a bad person?

And by yes, I mean no.
I sifted through like 100 pages of item restoration history looking for 2 pieces of my S3 tier, but it goes back to about a week after I probably sold it.
Yeah, I held on to all my S3 stuff figuring I could use it in Blitz due to item scaling. But there are some tier sets I wish I had held onto from the seasons before they even announced Blitz. There are some crazy synergies using split 2 pc bonuses.
My balance druid was critting over a million damage wraths on FCs/orbs last season.
I’ll definitely be banking all my tier next expansion lol.

Fury never hits like a wet noodle with 5 stacks of deathwish.
They are and have always been broken af and blizzard wants it that way.
Fury has been pretty terrible for most of this expansion.

Lol, first off you aint shoving anyone little gremlin and second they have been broke the past two expansions.
Being really strong for a patch =/= the entirety of the previous two expansions. Literally every class has had their moment of being disgustingly broken.

Sometimes I run mine that way. It literally is a hit or miss but with a pocket healer it can create some chuckles.
