Just came to my attention…
Illidan stopped Turalyon’s enraged sword strike one handed… But he couldn’t beat Arthas?
Turalyon is like the most powerful Paladin ever. PLUS he’s infused with pure light.
Hmmm…

Sorta like Jaina using Frost Nova to deal with the Blight, but the Lich King having to run away from it. Because obviously frost spells aren’t his thing.
It’s all about the drama of the moment. Logical consistencies need no longer apply. WoW is even more of a superhero comic than it ever was.
We just need most heroes to die next expansion.
That’d be way more interesting than an “epic” parry.
Yeah! Yeah! And remember that one time Frieza said it would take the planet 5 minutes to explode, but they were fighting for like 10 episodes after that? WTF!
To be fair, 10 episodes is like 5 mins of their time, after the conversion rate!
Kill of major characters!? As long as Sylvanus is one of them I’m game
Or like when servers are going down in 15, 14, 13, 12 minutes all in the span of about 30 seconds?
lol nothing to take seriously… just a story mechanic used to portray some tension or whatever.
Or how Jaina is a raid boss you barely scrape by the end but she cant take on a quest mob in Nazjatar on her own.
Ahhhhh hahahaha! No doubt! She had the power to drown a Horde capital… But now we have to polish off a lvl 120 mob for her lol
Plot armor, Turalyon is dad
Wow is an anime now.
I feel like arthas is a little more powerful with the strength of Ner’Zhul than Turalyon is.
This times 42 to the 42nd power (a really big number).
You must havr watched the U.S version. Japanese version was 14 episode.
Also to be fair. Turaylon is a thousand year old man while Arthas is young and in his prime. Also Arthas had Frostmourne while Turaylon sword is just holy light energy from Lothar broken sword.
I think you just asked how a raid boss who was powerful to obliterate a Naaru with a single eye beam was able to bare-handed stop a strike from a Pally who just watched a being he considered powerful enough to be their only salvation turned into shards of glass on the floor.
Is that what you just asked?
Do they talk at hyper light speed too lol?
That said raid boss also got his butt handed to him by another raid boss. So being a raid boss doesn’t really mean crap to me.
And Turalyon isn’t remotely raid-boss level, so what’s your point again? Alos, assuming you’re talking about Arthas you’re also talking about a powered-up Arthas carrying Frostmourne and gifted with as much of Ner’zhul’s power as he could contain.
And you’re wondering why he can one-hand a strike from a Pally in shock (and who, if you actually watched it happen, lost the light in his eyes at that moment) after watching his beloved Naaru get obliterated.
Here, just for you:
