Stop with the early release of content for the love of god! Getting rid of phase 2 before people can even play it at max level. Stop releasing content early! I feel like blizzard is doing everything wrong with classic. When I signed that petition all those years ago this is not what I had in mind. RIP causal player base. Blizzard doesn’t want you!!!

It is battlegrounds dude…calm down, they are not dropping naxx, simply some BG’s to get the mass hordes of people out of the leveling areas…
If anything it is the best thing that could happen for casuals…

I fail to see why this is an issue. While I’m enjoying the wpvp, I feel like many people are not. I think it’s cool that the world is a dangerous place so you need to watch your back or run with a crew.
I think it’s cool that their are bands of alliance farming honor and if I’m not careful, I’ll be their next victim. Or the reverse when me and my crew turn the tables on them.
BGs will put a lot of this into the jar that is Warsong Gulch or Alterac Valley. So for those of you that live in fear, this release will help.
Or get crazy and re-roll PvE.

Its not just battle grounds… its that they rushed DM ahead of P2… then only 3 weeks for P2 to rush BG’s and BWL is set for the beginning of 2020… the zoom factor is real… look at the entire picture and it is pretty dang clear what they are doing.

Which is not vanilla-like. I ran solo in vanilla almost the whole time and had no issues. But, the servers are too full for that now. Population density is through the roof, making solo play unfeasible to the extent it was in vanilla.
Just another of the things they failed at, like layering.

If they had waited till after Christmas, there would have been complaints.
“Time gating! Give us more content! This is unacceptable!”
They don’t do that, they release content as they have.
“This is terrible! Stop giving us more content! This is unacceptable!”

Hey, just like the first time the honor system launched without BGs.
Actually, this time around, MANY MORE people are 60 than there were back then.
The content, while accelerated slightly, reflects the fact that the player base is also highly accelerated relative to the original launch of the game. (For several reasons)
If you wanted to enjoy phase 2 PvP madness, you should have pushed to level up in time. It was always going to be early and brief.
I’m among the group that will be quite happy to move past it. Honestly, I’d have preferred the honor and BGs launch simultaneously, but I can handle others having their 3 weeks of chaos fun, even if it isn’t fun for me.

I love pvp, but people running around in groups of mounted up 60’s is not world pvp that’s just getting 1 shotted.
I advocated for bg’s to be released from day one and still was, atleast we get it earlier than 2020 : /

I think the concern is that with how flexible blizzard seems to be and how responsive they are to forum shouting for new content, the timeline for classic seems like it’s getting shorter with every blue post. There’s no doubt in my mind at all that these servers are going to be at their final stage of naxx out and no other phases/content announced months before the shadowlands pre-expansion patch drops for the other version. Launch to Naxx in 11 months seems fast

but your “perception” of what is happening is more important?
DM and BG’s should have been a launch feature to begin with.

I think it was the right decision to release the bg’s early. I hope it will be enough to alleviate the problem.
