why are you actively selling the class-spec to new players off of something you CLEARLY know looks thematic enough to advertise, and then given resto druids ZERO baseline treant form abilities.
THERES A REASON you dont have a human form casting in the image that represents resto druid, because it DOESN’T FEEL special, like a SPECIALIZATION should.

… what are you screaming about? Tree form hasn’t been a mandatory thing for a very long time in retail. But the option is absolutely still there.

To be fair to the gibberish screamer, if tree form hasn’t been a thing in retail for a long time, maybe they shouldn’t use it to represent the spec. Honestly, just kinda devil’s advocating. I think it fine, personally.
But it is.
It’s a shapeshift form you can learn for fun, and it’s an actual incarnation skill you can pick up in the talent tree.

Also, am I imagining things or did they update the cosmetic treant form? It looks awesome!

Exactly.
I main rdruid and I don’t want to be in tree form to heal 24/7. It’s the same complaint boomies make. For many of us, it’s not fun to not be able to see your character and their transmog.

No one knows. This OP has never made sense any time they post.
For those that don’t get the OP. Other specs get a from that gives them bonuses, Res had there form/bonuses removed and get nothing special.

Not every druid spec needs a shape shifting form. It was actually annoying that every druid healer looked identical back in Wrath.

I know there’s a glyph to turn into a tree for funzies but that’s about it.

I think if Druids had the customization that we are seeing in evoker/dracthyr that people would be fine with it. Unfortunately we do not and the best boomies do is turning blue
Well that’s just false. They have a tree form cooldown and they get the CHOICE to be in treant all the time or not.
