Min/maxing mentality is the issue, wow will never be a casual mans game again. Its unfortunate, the entire aspect of fun in the game is completely gone. The toxic competitive mindset that a lot of the people have is cancer. I understand competition, but at the end of the day this is a video GAME. It should be fun shouldnt it? Unless you are a balls to the wall sweatlord who plays 12 hours a day every day farming pugs with your premade team then I dont think you’re going to have much fun, and there isnt a lot of alternatives. I think blizzard should try and make some sort of brackets to split up the playerbase so that premades can play against premades and pugs vs pugs. Until then tho… the sweatlords reign supreme.
On the rare occasion I do pug a wsg ( usually because I have like 1 or 2 wsg marks just laying around) I try to get the premade team to use consumes. I aim for at least 5g spent on 1 person. Usually a priest.
