WSG Exploits getting old

I dont have an issue with premades, i have an issue with the fact that FC’s can jump over cliffs that they shouldn’t be able to. It makes WSG’s last way long than they need to be. Blizzard please fix the pathing on cliffs and fences! Exploiting the map itself guarantees your FC never dies.

really doesn’t help now that feline swiftness is applying indoors… AB will save us all

Welcome to the classic experience. You think you do but you dont

Fixing this was a request in vanilla. Just because they didn’t get around to it until retail doesn’t mean it shouldn’t actually get fixed here.

The classic experience was asking to fix it. And they should.

I hope it gets fixed. But yeah this is how it was in classic. I learned the jumps and use pots too and im fine catching them. Just gotta get good in the meantime.

Yeah its pretty frustrating, especially as we go further into SoD and ferals get more and more tools to go with the cheese jumps.

Are those are exploits, and not just skill-based jumps that you can learn?

Yeah its an exploit LOL

The same “exploit” that has been in WoW Classic BG Tournaments, and currently viewable on the official WoW Youtube?

I dunno, it really sucks when only a certain class can do the jumps because of their innate movement speed talents.

Am I supposed to pay for speed pots and practice these jumps for a hundred hours just to be able to follow them through the insanity they’re cheesing?

I hesitate to call it exploiting because obviously Blizzard would have fixed it by now if it were true exploits.

But it certainly doesn’t seem healthy for the game. I know once I hit Exalted with WSG I will probably never do a WSG again and a large part of why I’ll stick to AB/AV/WPvP will be because of the weird sweaty jumps in WSG that were fixed in retail two decades ago but persist in versions of Classic.

Yes, those exploits exactly

Is that how they learned them? If so, then that seems fair. If not, maybe watch some videos.

Literal skill issue.

If you can’t beat them, join them.

Id much rather everyone have the same limitations. Chasing an FC that knows every jump in a pug is game breaking.

No, they learned them by being druids with a 40% move speed instant cast ability that breaks snares and roots

Ups to 55% with pvp 4 set btw

Yes. If you want to compete at a high level you need faps and speed pots. Or they will use them and you will lose

That is not a fair statement. Night elves in particular have a huge advantage to make those jumps, both by speed boost and character model. A lot of horde players are using deviant delights and BFD buff to make the jumps more doable.

This is not an even playfield by any mean. And honestly the get good argument is so bad, someone mentioned that this was a complaint back in Vanilla already, and this is true, it was. No reason to not fix it now.

This isnt ranked bg’s, its Classic. Every class should be able to or one of them can

But I don’t want to compete at a high level, lmao. I’m not out here training for some Classic BG Tourney with a prize pool. I’m not looking to become professional. These aren’t Rated BGs.

The fact that the sweaty try hards looking to ‘compete at a high level’ are thrown at literally everyone else in the game despite being less than 1% of the population just feels bad tbh. The fact that the game supports their gameplay via tiny imperceptible terrain issues and character models is just plain wonky.

I guess it’s supposed to be part of Classic’s charm or something.
