In the talent tree it mentions the spell should incapacitate the target for 4 seconds.
Well no, all it does is interrupt really fast. They get stunned for only a fraction of a second, nowhere near 4 seconds.
Incap breaks on damage, it is not a stun.
Chastise is considered a disorient effect so it breaks on damage. You have to talent into it in the tree to convert it into the stun.
I’m pretty sure I don’t damage the target. It’s a half second stun for me, on all occasions.
