Tried copying a character to what I thought was phase 7 ptr but it turns out it’s just the seasonal hardcore ptr. All google solutions turn up nothing. I’ve gone onto my account settings and made new ptr accounts still nothing still locked out. I was hoping to see a topic from somebody else about this issue but either i’m very “lucky” to be the only person with this problem or the other people that are as lucky as I am got frustrated and gave up without going to the forums. Any ideas?
