Ever since I installed Forever, whenever I go to start Midnight it tells me " game is in wrong folder" before it will let me launch, but I have never changed any folder.
Any way to fix this error? The game works but its still annoying.
Since beta is done, I would recommend uninstalling both versions, stress too, and using the launcher game settings to see if you can find the folder it is installed in.
In my case it is pointing too all clients being located in C://Program Files (X86)/World of Warcraft
That and use the shortcut labeled battle.net, not one of the world of warcraft shortcuts, if this is the same error others noted in the past.

it would seem the only version I have is the pre download version now. But still happening, im gonna reinstall retail and see what happens.
If the play button is available to press it may be an ongoing bug people have been having when using the wow launcher instead of the battle.net launcher. If so its just a miscommunication and the game is fine.
I fixed it by removing my start menu shortcut, opening up the battle.net folder and putting the launcher into the start menu.
It now does not tell me my games are in the wrong folder.
