Just wanting to check if it’s just me or if there’s a particular reason why my character is unable to start the new wrathion questline when the people i was in discord with were able to.
Thought maybe it was locked behind neck level or something, but my neck is higher than one of the people in the channel. Is it actually locked behind something arbitrary/not the war campaign stuff or? The ticket times are crap so hoping to get an answer sooner.

Same issue for myself on my 120s.
I just ran through it on my Druid as opposed to my priest, the only major difference that i can think of is that my Druid has killed azshara whereas my Priest has not. Any confirmation if this is what it’s locked behind from anyone?
My spouse hasn’t killed Azshara, but she got the quest and I didn’t.

Alright, well that’s good to know. So it must be a bug then. Hopefully they read this/fix it/whatever they have to do sooner rather than later.
This Pally hasn’t killed Azshara but my Horde Pally has. Can’t get quest on either.
I think you have to complete the War Campaign quests first.

war campaign finished, Kalecgos is missing from the Chamber of Heart after completing the emerald dream quest for rank 2 Crucible of Flame.
War Campaign and get The Circle of Stars achievement.
Some people have done both and still nothing. As well as some who didnt kill the queen got the quest. I dont think you are required to get that achievement to unlock it as like I said some who didnt got the quest.
So I originally posted that Circle was NOT a requirement, based on my spouse having gotten the quest without completing it. However, I just LFR’ed the queen and now the quest appears.
So killing Azshara is at least involved in determining eligibility for “Whispers of N’zoth”; but is not the only factor. If I were to guess, I’d look at progression on the Heart of Azeroth’s “Crucible of Flame” essence … as that involves Kalecgos also.

I am having the same issue on my 120s. Neither sees the quest show up at all.
Same problem, my wars done the campaign end, did all other champions quests…i see the earthen dude next to inn but no blue dragon dude in chamber / no quest.
I just completed the “Circle of Stars” achievement, and now the quest is available for me. Before that I had all of the war campaign finished, my HoA at level 64, my highest essence was at rank 3, so it seems like that achievement may be what’s blocking the quest from showing up.
