Wrathion and Sabellian Missing

After previously interacting with Wrathion and Sabellian with no issue previously. Upon Tuesday’s reset Wrathion and Sabellian are currently missing for me in their respective locations. Making the weekly quest and continuing their reputation advancement impossible. I gave it a day and checked this morning and the problem still exists. I get the dialogue for the world quest to show support for either of them and then when I fly to either of their locations they are both non-existent.

IDK if there is any fix to this issue but I wanted to bring attention to it regardless as it seems like a major bug that prevents me from advancing and doing their content.

You need to go to the uppermost level of Obsidian Throne and choose who you’re working for every week. After that, will be in their quest-giving locations.

Don’t. It’s easy to forget when it was one of probably 200 things you did in the last seven days.

Where are the quest giving locations? I can’t seem to find them anywhere. :'C

Wrathion is next to the oathstone and Sabellian is one level higher at the other side of the Obsidian Throne structure.
