When I took the free transfer I can no longer swap.

Yeah, that’s 100% the case. Surely, it can’t be that Blizzard is a small indie company and has failed at something yet again. That surely can’t be the case for a bootlicker such as yourself to understand.

Pointing out that my SoD character is at the level cap and then stating I can’t surpass that level because I’m currently capped makes no sense.

You can’t get past 60, you can’t get to 85 - you choose a game that has a cap of 60, rather than 85.

Like sitting in trade, lfg or general and spamming your troll 
I actually don’t dabble in any chat in-game apart from Party chat.
I enjoy levelling characters and going into PvP.
