When teleported to the shoreline as the tiger, you run around and kill 45 naga. The naga take next to no damage whatsoever in this tiger form, and they will deal 100K damage to you with every hit. The only way to complete the quest is run down there manually without the tiger form and kill them one by one.

Just got on this quest and still the same , its a pain
