Any details on transfer updates? Gold cap adjustment? Will guild bank transfers come with pre-patch?

They’ve been doing 3pm Pacific releases on Monday since they switched to worldwide releases back with Legion.
It’s couldn’t care less just so you know.
Original TBC was 22 months, TBC classic will be just shy of 16. So while Im just as ready to move on as anyone, I can understand the argument that it should have been a little longer.

that doesn’t really solve that problem though right? professions? gold? gear? you can limit faction changes to once every x amount of days. there are ways to do this where it doesn’t destroy the integrity of the game

It was only that long because BT was 10 months long of a patch, then we got sunwell as a distraction because wrath was taking awhile and that was another 8 long months.
that’s 18 months of BT and sunwell…considering how many people are long since cleared, leveled several alts, and farming gdkps nonstop…the only people whining that TBC was too short are obviously not playing right now and feel like they missed out.
You can see their posts everywhere, mad that they took a 12 month break and mad that people won’t carry them through sunwell, and groups aren’t as plentiful.

Prepatch will still most likely be on a Tuesday despite launch on a Monday. Mid-August seems more likely but until they announce something it’s all guesswork.

Agreed with this. They delayed the midsummer event when TBC launched for this very reason

I wonder if Fresh Start servers will be on Launch day… Because I really hate how corn balls decided to overload every server with 1 faction, getting rid of open world PvP entirely. Open world PvP while leveling is some of the best PvP action you can get in WoW. Fresh Start servers may re introduce that aspect for a few months at least before it happens again…
They said 6 to 8 weeks of pre patch so it could be as early as Aug 2nd.

yeah this is great, why didn’t you do it 2 years ago though? or the moment you noticed it had a positive effect on the SoM servers when you implemented it there?
