Wrath of the Jailer no longer spawning?

My druid’s legendary drops from Wrath of the Jailer event in the Maw. However, as of recent times, I have not seen any such event spawning, but instead sees Tormentors of Torghast event popping up every now and then.

I did not actively play my druid in 9.0 so the toon did not have all the legendary memories, and now with the new BiS legendary changes, I am in need to get that legendary. How do I get it? I have camped the Maw on and off for maybe almost 2 days now and all I see is Tormentors event popping up.

Idk the timer but it still spawns, ive seen it.

Wrath of the Jailer is “bugged” - in that if it spawns where an active assault is, it won’t spawn.

So it can take a few days to have it come up.
