Will it be faster than the snails pace that BC or vanilla had?

Supposedly, even with very optimal play, 3-4 hours per level. That’s solo/duo borderline exploit grinding utgarde pinnacle.
Looms came out in WOTLK right? So youd have to level and earn them all to start I think…
If I can use my looms in retail them im good 
BC was faster, and mobs/instances were generally easier than Classic Era content at the same levels.

Axxi is correct. TBCC leveling is faster than Era and there’s a 50% xp buff Blizz has stated that will be available at or sometime prior to pre-patch whenever that will be.
Leveling isn’t that slow in TBCC and shouldn’t be in Wrath. If you’re concerned perhaps you should use those 'looms in live/retail.
Are we talking new character or just 70-80? 70-80 is about as long as 60-70 at the start of TBC, takes most people about 40-50 hours /played but can be much quicker with efficiency.
1-70 is much faster even without heirlooms due to further XP requirement reductions and getting 150% flying at lvl 60 (3.3 mount changes buffed normal flying).
I remember leveling a Mage in Wrath doing 1-70 in a week, then 70-80 took almost another full week. If you’re more familiar with Northrend it’ll be faster.
0-60 will be faster in wotlk for sure. Low levels gain more damage and less downtime come wrath. Def more fun too.
Crusade already has a great pace for 1-60 and I would argue that 60-70 isn’t bad either. But yes, for you lazy folks, wrath does XP cut 60-70 and nerf quests, just like crusade did with the old world. Blizzard is also cranking out a totally unnecessary 50% XP boost and planning to sell another dumb boost. They just can’t resist catering this game to lazy people that should go to overwatch or something instead.
BC totally nerfed Vanilla overworld. Areas that formerly were packed with elites, nerfed. Dungeons, easier, content easier, total cheese comparatively
