Leveling an Alt is impossible without RDF

I decided to boost and level up a new Lock and my god the Lv 70 - 80 LFG is so dead. There’s barely any groups going during peak hours, most people are just spamming quests and for someone like me who has already done 100% of zones on the first playthrough I have little reason to go back and do them again as I prefer just being able to spam dungeon runs.
