I’m limited to 18 character-specific macro slots on each character, but I could’ve sworn I remember it being something more like 32 slots?
18 slots is exactly 1 “page” in the macro interface, and I’m pretty certain I remember using the scrollbar on the side. Am I remembering this incorrectly, or am I dealing with some weird bug?
Nope. You still only have 1 page/18 slots of char specific macros in retail.
We’ve been asking for an increase for expansions.
There are various addons that can basically fake extra macro slots. (They choose which sets of macros to load based on the character you are logged into.) So, you might have been using one of those.
A long time ago, macros were client-side, which if I’m remembering correctly, did let you have extra macros if you edited the file directly. That went away when macros went server side. (But at least now moving to a new computer (or having your hard drive crash) doesn’t leave you without your macros.)
