Even with dungeon finder can manually form every single dungeon group you take part of. Dungeon finder doesn’t prevent you from doing so.
So, again, list one negative.

lonely warlock seeks paladin companion
enjoys aoeing before threat, long walks on the beach, and loves demons
One negative? having part of the population be disassociated from the social aspect of the game, it’s a split and divided game then, and that’s a negative.
That happened in classic and TBC already. Not sure where the data is which points to this trend changing.
Faerlina and Grobbulus (both realms where I play) have and will continue to be cesspools.
Howso? Players will be running way more dungeons, meeting way more people, having way more social interactions thanks to dungeon finder.
By the way, I assume you want battlemasters removed from the game so that players have to go to a bg instance to queue. And you have to manually form every battleground group first.
He can’t gate keep who gets in his run and reserve an item.
So he can’t use behaviors that turn people off to grouping with him.
Trust me, I’m well aware it’s just elitist gatekeepers who are against dungeon finder.
NOTHING is true to the original. This ENTIRE take is stupid.
I’m sorry, but do you think at all before you say something?
Wait, no TBC forever? I never wanted or want to go to WOTLK because it’s not “classic” for me. Feels like a major bait and switch after the vanilla forever. I don’t enjoy death knights being in the game at all. I spent time in TBC knowing my characters would still be there, this just feels terrible.
10 days later and no responses on RDF or real reason as to why its not in the game. Thoughts on letting down the players and having poor of communication? Maybe take a page out of the class tree designers in retail who for the most part have been doing a great job.
Just a friendly reminder for everyone to take a snip of the 373 likes comment under the OP for later, if it ends up going missing like the one in the latest blue post earlier that had 100 likes.
You can level from 19-80 and never leave a city, talk to another person and get gear. It is everything they say they don’t want. lol
That post is on topic so it should be fine.
I can’t find a group when I use LFG. When I play WoW with LFG, the game is very lonely. When RDF was available in Wrath, I ran dungeons constantly on all my alts. Had a lot of fun, and got to run with and meet tons of people. That’s my pitch. Any reasons you think adding RDF will hurt the game?
Exactly this. Folks crying about Cross-Realm dungeon finder, while the current system forces everyone onto Mega-Servers that are bigger than our Battlegroup collection of servers were back in the day. You had a better chance of running into someone twice in the original Wrath RDF, then you do in the current Classic LFG tool.
You can already do that with the LFG tool.
“We’re listening…we just don’t care what you have to say and we aren’t going to bother with responding. fu, and have a great day!”.
Right, but you don’t even need the LFG tool. You can sit at the battle masters the entire time and keep hitting BGs. Level to 80, get gear, and never have to talk or interact with anyone.
Gotcha. I forgot BGs give XP in Wrath. I thought you were talking about RDF. But yeah, you are right. There are already ways to reach 80 without leaving the city, even without RDF.
I just find it interesting that the Blue post that is talking about all the things we wanted to know only got 100 likes, while the first post by some random dude asking them to change their mind on RDF has nearly 400 likes.
Hey alex jones nice conspiracy theory. They took that reply down in the zombie thread because it was made by a poster who has had multiple forum vacations for trolling, and it was off topic.
You can drop this campaign trying to act like every poster that posts about RDF is going to be deleted because its obvious that its not happening.
Agreed. Yet another hill they choose to die on and yet another choice they will go back on followed by the “we hear you” posts.
Yet another failure from this company.
But hey, hopefully the populations hold longer than TBC
