… should make you immune to falling damage for the duration. Discuss.
Yes
But also how does Wraith Walk work in Shadowlands. We’re supposed to step into the Shadowlands.
Does this imply the existence of a second, shadowier lands?
Yes. It should also allow water walking. Or. Should immediately drop you to the bottom of a body of water and allow for movement at normal speed as if the water were not there. Could be quite amusing if used in the ocean.
Also flying mounts. Meaning mounts that never visually touch the ground. Should not take fall damage and also allow water walking. I have spoken.
Yes.
Is Wrath walk still stopped by tiny pebbles?

You step back into Azeroth.
On an unrelated note the Priests of the Netherlight Temple have been extremely busy blessing all kinds of establishments around Azeroth in the hopes of preventing Spontaneous Death Knight Sightings.

I fully support this motion! Most classes have a way to reduce or nullify fall damage. DKs are one of the few exceptions.
The changed the tooltip for SL. Something like “embrace the power of the Shadowlands” instead of “sidestep into the Shadowlands”.
On a similar note, DK speed abilities should be able to be used when dead. Death’s Advance, Wraith Walk, how can we not use these to return to our bodies? It just seems fitting.
Unless they changed it, you can use Wraith Walk while dead.
yes but they can jump over it now
For real? Damn, been ages since I’ve needed to actually try using it since they just give us flying mounts when dead. That’s good news then XD
Yes that would be cool but instead why not just slow fall when wraith walk is activated? That way it feels floaty and wraithy
How the ability works in life is that you’re stepping into the limbo part of the Shadowlands. The greyscale world we see when we pull too many boars in WoW.
So, I’ll just take it as they’re stepping into that area when we’re in the Shadowlands.
And be baseline…
Everyone knows poor DKs need it.
Clearly we’re stepping back out of the Shadowlands. Expect to finish the ability only to find out that you’ve been murdered by quillboars.
Nope, though in rare cases I bonk my head on low doors, like after first boss of Workshop. Stupid gnomes. ![]()
