it’s like the same energy as that person that said they were going to go out of their way to troll Vulpera RPers except in this case it’s RP events and the other faction
thing is he bragged a lot about how much erp he got
and still sent goons to try to kill my character a lot.
i vaguely remember it resolving with scarlets killing his character and he ragequit wow. so you know what, props to the scarlet RP’ers, they’re good for something.
lol that guy’s posting in this thread
No I mean people who hate people who play Horde or Alliance. And that’s that. Like, that’s reason they hate those players.
I get the arguments against RPers like HMale Paladins or MOrc Warriors and creepy people and racist blood elf or human players or whatever else against both alliance and horde, but when the argument is “they’re horde/alliance and they must be destroyed beta soy boi slur slur slur” that’s like weird.
I like making fun of Morc roleplayers because more often than not whatever silly fun you’re poking has some merit. Or human male roleplayers.
Who is it spill the tea I don’t know this drama
Ah yeah I did misread it. That tribalism is also… gross…
(also it’s lohkash, i was there for that legendary deleted thread in which he proudly declared he was going bully all of them and got really upset when people said “that’s not funny”)
Makes sense lol
Yikes with spikes.
I did a /pet on a vulpera waiting for an elevator in Revendreth. 10/10, would pet again.
Oh I honestly couldn’t remember who it was lmao, I just remember being like lol yikes. Anyway feeling mildly embarrassed calling someone out but i guess I did oops
it’s ok i’ll be the mean forum bully instead.
What if you get bullied, though? What if someone says your horns sit weird on your head?
i will cry at them very loudly.
they will regret it because my tears are made of fel acid.
That’s why your blindfold needs to be good at wicking away moisture.
100%. OOC Faction nationalism is… weird.
I’ve had situations where people have stopped RPing with me and guilds I’m in, on both factions, because they realise we have other-faction alts. I don’t get it. Like if you want to experience the game’s story playing both factions is actually kind of optimal.
Blizz didn’t much help with their “It matters” advertising campaign in BFA. Like… uh, no it friggen doesn’t.
Ohhhhhh my goooooood can we take a second to talk about that advertising campaign cause like. It was really stupid. If I saw someone open an umbrella in the rain for me and it had a Horde symbol on it I wouldn’t ostracize the person I’d be like “You play WoW too? Cool what server?”
The odd time I wear my Warcraft shirt at work (the BFA cover that’s a classic riff on the old RTS boxes) I’ve had a few people asking what I play where my answer’s always my class rather than my faction. There was a time I genuinely got the negative reaction to saying Alliance. Tried really hard not to laugh in the dude’s face.
For my birthday recently my wife wanted to buy me one of the cool new Secretlab chairs - there’s Alliance and Horde variants.
She asked which one I wanted and I genuinely took days trying to figure it out. I’ve always played both factions so deciding on which faction I wanted my desk chair to represent was oddly hard. Haha.
I ended up choosing Horde, because I guess I’m a Horde main these days. But it was a hard choice.
I literally cannot understand how anyone can feel like they’re OOCly aligned with one side more than other, especially to the extent that they’ll get mad about it.
My only negative experience towards other players of the opposite faction was when this guy cut me off on the highway and he had an Alliance bumper sticker.
If I saw someone with a wow shirt I’d be like oh no they play wow and run away. Nah just kidding I don’t talk to anyone because I’m socially distancing
