WQs made LFR pointless, but now it's making Normal

My issue though is that if we return to the days of vanilla where only raiders got gear, we’d have it so that raiders basically own the world in PvP and the non-raiders can only sit there and take their beatings because they don’t have the gear to survive.

We used to have a whole PVP stat specifically to prevent that.
