Alt here. Have access to Vol’dun map. All of the world quests for Zandalar are available except for Sandswept Bones. A Google and Wowhead search don’t list any quest requirements. Any help would be appreciated.
Is that the voldun wb? If it is then it’s on a rotation with all the rest of the BfA wb’s. You’ll have to wait for it’s turn to come up. Could take weeks.

@OP, are you on any war campaign quests to open Alliance footholds? I remember having to do the quest chain up to unlocking the foothold for the boss to appear.
Yes, the world quest is up this week. I finished the war campaign quest for Vol’dun but didn’t accept the next one. On other alts that didn’t see the WQ either, I have killed the boss but didn’t receive gold or AP. So I’m trying to find which quests I need to complete in order for the WQ to show up :(.
I saw it on the map the other day. Seeing it now. Do you have world quests unlocked in BfA content?
Do you actually see Dunegorger Kraulok out there?
People may be camping him and the quest icon may disappear when he dies. He has a spawn time of around 10 minutes? I don’t know if the icon on the map will vanish if he isn’t there (It doesn’t for current world bosses)
The world quest will be there even if he is between respawns. He respawns quickly, so don’t hang around.
All the other WQs are displayed.
Are you sure you didn’t already do it?
I use the SavedInstances add-on to track world bosses. I’m positive I didn’t kill it on this toon.
