The naga assault world quest in Fletcher’s Hollow, and What a Gull Wants are overlapping which is causing a phasing issue that is making the Fishing Rod objective in What a Gull Wants impossible to complete.

For a game that I have to pay for, I expect better quality control than this.

Still bugged today; reported in game as well.
There is a work around though it is completely stupid and you have to have NOT completed the quests that this WQ originates from.
If you take one of the original quests from the quest giver on the dock just to the North of the WQ, it keeps the phasing from occurring, allowing you to finish the WQ.
To make sure that I didn’t accidentally have this problem in the future, I made sure to drop the quest from the quest giver after I had completed the WQ so I could use this workaround again in the future, as Blizzard will undoubtedly never get around to fixing this issue.
