It’s the world quest in Azure Strand that tasks you with killing Sundered Flame’s forces and finding 5 Artifact fragments via a locator. The quest progress just fine up to the very last fragment. They are obviously in pre-determined locations because everywhere in the area I use the locator, it pings me to a spot by the shoreline…but nothing is there. I’ve reloaded, re-logged, nothing.
And judging by the number of people running to that spot, spinning around, and then running away I’m not the only one that it’s not appearing for.
