I am also having these issues. Unsure as to why it keeps happening. Only just recently started happening.

tried again today. didnt work at first but was able to reset router. and now so far so good. Not sure why since it worked the night before. Going to try and keep an eye on it see if thats a common thing. Hopefully I can find something and share the info.

Hello,
I have been playing for the past 2 months (going on 3) without any issues. This past week I started to get random disconnections. So of course, I thought at first it was my service provider however I have not had any issues with their service outside of in the game of WoW. Streaming Netflix/Hulu/etc there are no issues, surfing the internet there are no issues. Only in World of Warcraft…

So first I decided to turn off all addons - that didn’t work. Then I checked to see if any updates were running in the background - nothing there. Then I decided I would try to plug in directly using an ethernet cable - DCs still occured. Then I tried to uninstall WoW and reinstall WoW - that didn’t work. Lastly, I tried to install WoW and run it on a different computer - and still getting the DC issues.

Same WoW error as above (WOW51900319).

Please help!

So I had this same problem but I notice it opened two WoW windows. Make sure there’s no two WoW running at the same time.

Yeah, no two windows open here. It’s odd to me I had no previous issues for two months prior and now it is basically unplayable.

was having the same thing last night and this morning, tried restarting router and for a bit was able to get on. now back to the same thing. havent tried resetting the router again yet. other people on still. will update if i get back on.

ok reset router and can now log in. dont know why its doing this, but will see how long it lasts.

ok so it continues. was able to play a bit logged out. same problem comes up. cant keep resetting router all the time. Does anyone have any ideas. thinking of calling service provider at this point. but not sure since everything else and other blizzard games work fine.

Can you post winmtr results?

I am having a similar issue. I am able to login for a brief time and then i get disconnected with the same error. Any fixes found yet?

ok going to post winmtr data here tried to open a ticket but when i tried to send it. said i couldnt connect. little irony there i think. know this might not be the right place. but any help would be great

These are the two hops that jump out to me. A little bit of packet loss on the first, but with a significant latency spike, followed by an even higher latency spike that continues through the report.

This is something I’d try to follow up on with the ISP, as I can’t tell where it starts - it could be the first hop on their network, or a handoff from them to the backbone. That one hop with no response could be your modem, or it could be their first hop, just with mitigation turned on, or it could be a problem.

was kinda thinking it might be with the ISP or modem. Because if i reset it, it works for a bit. looks like ill have to give them a call then. Thanks for the reply and info. Will update once i get a chance to contact them.

ok contacted isp, they checked on there end said all was good. still can send a ticket keep getting disconected . Kinda stuck and not sure where to go next

Who is the ISP?

Did that winmtr test catch a s disconnect?
If not, you may want to run it in the background, restarting it every 10 minutes or so, until you catch one, and can post that winmtr here.

File a ticket with Blizzard then, and make sure you attach the winmtr results. That may be the way to go.

windstream is the ISP been trying to make a ticket but wont go through. trying to be patient but getting hard. but thanks for the help and info that you have been giving

also having same issues as all those above.

Having the same issue for more than a week. I’ve tried everything including deleting Blizzapp and game and installing in the main drive. Nothing, still disconnects. The blizzapp disconnects and reconnects itself constantly, at this point the games are practically unplayable for me. My isp is Comcast they came out, the cables are all new and so is the wifi modem; And I am watching twitch live the whole time with no problems. Help… >_>’

And WoW Classic is also working perfectly, no issues.

There has been an update that has clearly mucked some of us about!
