I keep getting this error whenever I try to port any of my Alliance toons to Boralus…and only Boralus.

I’ve been able to log in on those character’s on another computer, but on mine it doesn’t seem to work until they are outside of the portal room.

I deleted my addons completely resetting my UI, I’ve tried all the connection troubleshooting, and even did a fresh install of WoW but it’s still not working and I have two characters that are unusable as a result the stuck character service did NOT work for me, it kept me in the same room

At this point, you’ll need to use the ticket system and ask a GM to relocate the characters. This forum only has other players, so we can’t look into what’s going on with those two.

Unfortunately, when I try that, the AI leads me to the stuck character service. I can’t seem to get in touch with a GM no matter what I do, which is really annoying - do you have any tips on how to work around that?

If it’s working on one pc but not another you probably need to fully reset, unfortunately not completed by only deleting addon,

Probably can try a scan and repair of the install on the affected pc as well.

I have this exact problem on my main character. It happened yesterday. I am stuck in the entrance to Ringing Deeps from the flying tunnel from Dornogal. I wrote a technical support ticket yesterday. I still have the problem though.

I just submitted a Character Stuck ticket.

The Ticketing System connects with a Helpless Desk that only directs you to a mostly useless Troubleshooting Guide and a referral back here to the Technical Support Forums. This answer only confirms the logic is circular by sending you back to the Support Ticket. :roll_eyes:

Then you’re not opening the correct type of ticket, or you need to reopen it and say the issue was not resolved. Not that complicated.
