I am getting a “can’t connect” issue (WOW51900319) on two on my characters (including my main). My other alts are fine and can connect with no problem.
I entered a ticket and was directed to post here, after unsuccessfully trying the “stuck character” service, and enabling IPv6.
I have also flushed and reconfigured my DNS (with no success).
Appreciate any help!
I would edit this and move it over to the Technical Support forum. You can do that by clicking the pencil icon near the thread title and then select Technical Support.

You aren’t alone – there’s another thread here in tech support with a slew of us reporting on this. For me, it’s literally ALL of my toons, and I’ve done all of the steps in the support article.
Im having the same issue, but mine has gotten worse, my character is now gone off my list…
Me too, it has happened with my mage that i was leveling. I left him in Shattrath when I tried to log back I get instantly disconnected.
All my other characters are fine.
I just tried logging in, and I am now able to access my characters.

The situation can solve by itself. I logged on the other character and played for some time, then I logged my mage back.
