I was going crazy trying to find out the problem even re installed windows… everything is up to date nothing is wrong on my end. my world of Warcraft is working BUT i cant play any toons on illidian all my MAINS! lol i get disconnected every time I try to log in to them. I opened a ticket and they keep saying the same bs… anyone else going through this?? its been like 4 days now. WHY CANT THEY FIX THIS?!? (ps they sent me here) lol

Yes! I was dealing with a different error code prior, and there was nothing wrong on my end (I followed all the steps). I was reading up on other people having the same issues and having nothing wrong on their end, and now I’m here. It let me get all the way to the “campsite” character selection page and now I’m dealing with this bs code error.
ETA: I complained too soon, I’m now back to the previous error code WOW51900328

I’m having this same issue, and it started at the end of March. I’m still having issues today!
When I click play and World of Warcraft is loading, I’m kicked with WOW51900319. Then I can get into the campground. As soon as I choose my Illidan toon and the loading bar gets to around 80%, I’m kicked with WOW51900319. This happens a NUMBER of times. Finally, I get into the game – sometimes I’m kicked within 3 seconds with WOW51900319, sometimes I can go forward with gameplay. One the rare occasion I can go forward, I’m kicked with WOW51900319 as soon as I join a group. Then I’m kicked once the loading bar gets to around 80% again and again and again. If I can even join a group and get through a delve or something, I’m kicked with WOW51900319 as soon as I leave the delve or group. Then the bar gets to around 80% and I’m kicked with WOW51900319 again and again. Oh, and once I am able to get back into the game, I’m kicked as within 3 seconds or as soon as I use the hearthstone with… YOU GUESSED IT! WOW51900319.
It’s truly exhausting. I’ve tried everything I’ve read on the forums, seen on YouTube, etc, unplugged modem and router, used WIFI and wired connections, ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset, I’ve created the CacheOld, InterfaceOld, WTFOld, uninstalled Overwolf, Curseforge, addons, Blizzard and World of Warcraft. I ONLY reinstalled Blizzard and World of Warcraft and I’m STILL getting constantly kicked with WOW51900319.
Sorry that was long. I just wanted to be thorough for anyone that could relate.

been having the same issue for the past week and a half done most of the recommended things to “fix” nothings worked. Characters on other realms, accounts and other versions of wow all work fine no issues but any of my characters on tich cause a disconnect within seconds or sometimes i get a few minutes

had a guildie get this error, tried everything like everyone above. he used a VPN and got on just fine no issues. seems this is an ISP issue

Same issue. Today the game is completely unplayable. The home and world latency is super high and I keep getting disconnected.
This has been going on for the last 9 hours!
Been 3 days here, did everything that they said to me too and still can’t connect. It says “loading into game server” then disconnects. Every time I try is a different BLZ code or WoW code.
Same high game and realm latency problems with frequent disconnects and WOW51900319 disconnect messages.
I have restarted my PC, powered off/on my ISP router, and disabled all addons and the latency and disconnections problems continue.
It seems that we are not the only ones having this problem. Is anyone for Blizzard looking into this problem?
Bumping because this is just stupid. Bliz is not responding and replying to tickets with the canned troubleshooting steps, even after you tell them you done them all.

im on tich as well and have same issue… with exception to my shaman thats on Tich it doesnt get the disconnects my mains do… so it seems character specific? So how does one really manage a character specific issue that’s on blizzards end?? Theres no customer service so i guess we are all just SoL?
If the self help stuck system doesn’t work, follow the instructions from a different post earlier. Including ui reset, scan and repair, and placing an actual ticket for help incase self help doesn’t work. I’d also recommend a bug report
I am now experiencing this issue for the first time in years. While I am definitely being disconnected from the game while playing, I am also getting disconnected from battle.net as well. I will start most of the trouble shootings steps, but disabling addons did NOT work. Good luck to everyone since we are obviously on our own to solve.
Also, it seems WOW classic is not disconnecting me like TWW.

Are you restoring addons and configuration files after you’re reinstalling Windows? I’m asking because Illidan hasn’t been offline at all this week.
Unfortunately its on blizzards end and we havent heard a single peep from them.
