I created, turned off tutorials, and logged out of a char on boat for Exile’s Reach. Mailed a Crusader 1h heirloom and 5700 gold to the alt. Now when I try to log in to the alt I crash to login with WOW51900319.
No other character issues. Can’t delete because of mail. Can’t play because?
I am having the same issue. I made a new toon. Got her into my guild and sent some stuff to her. Now I can’t log in and get booted with WOW51900319 as well. I can log into any other toon just not the one on the boat to Exile’s Reach. I even tried to delete her and remake. Can’t because the toon has mail.
Hey there! If you’re only receiving the error when logging into a single character, chances are that the character is “stuck”. Try using the self-service option to move your character, as this will often resolve the issue.
