I’ve been dealing with the same thing for 2 days now. First no log in button now the WOW51900101 error. Extremely disappointed .

Conspiracy theory - they locked out all the existing players so they could get the returning players logged on, re-addicted and re-subscribed first.

Just logged out, updated, now locked out. Cant even get to character screen.

Dear Blizzard,

As I was sitting at work, I just couldnt take it anymore. I spent all day thinking about playing world of warcraft while dreading my day. Finally I had enough. I quit my job so I could play world of warcraft for the rest of my days. I walked home in the freezing rain, came into my cold, dim lit apartment with depression creeping in more and more every moment that passed. I knew all I had to do was log onto world of warcraft, head to my garrison and everything would be alright. I open the game to find out “Unable to log in”. I sit in front of my computer writing this as I stress about missing my world quests. Tears run down my face as I continually attempt to log in. Time after time, “Unable to log in”. Please blizzard let me log in and help cure my depression.
