Wow uses almost 100% of my bandwidth! Help!

So, I have internet service that is 400m down and 40 up. When I log into WOW it uses about 395 of the 400 megs of down data and uses 100% of the up data. I can’t even talk in discord during raiding because there is not enough up bandwidth to transmit my voice. I’ve disabled all addons with no effect. I found an old post saying to do a “selective startup.” I disabled everything in startup, rebooted and it had no effect. I launched final fantasy and it had zero effect on bandwidth use so, it’s certainly a WOW thing. Any suggestions guys! Can I manually limit how much data WOW uses? I’ve played around in network settings but it didn’t help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Next time it’s doing this:

  1. Start
  2. Type resource monitor and select it when it shows in the menu
  3. Click the network tab
  4. Expand the network activity divider
  5. Sort by “Total B/sec”
  6. Watch to see what’s using the bandwidth

Firstly thank you for responding. Secondly, This is totally cool to know. So, here’s what is coming up. The files that pops to the top the most are esrv_svc.exe and lghub_agent.exe. The first is the intel driver update which…oddly enough…I just installed about a week ago. The second is a logitech file that is associated with ghub which is related to the mouse I use. I uninstalled the intel file which really made no difference. The only thing I can think is that my isp (suddenlink) is throttling WOW. Can you think of any thing else? Thanks again for showing me that handy little trick.
