WoW UI Elements Scaled Incorrectly for Windows PCs (1440p) with DPI scaling != 100%

Ever since the prepatch, elements of the UI have scaled WAY out of wack; comically large. For instance - the Login Screen, Character Select, the Talent Window, Certain Pieces of Text.

For some reason, WoW seems to be scaling these based on your PC’s DPI scaling - NOT the ingame UI scale. Which is a problem, bnecause epople who have high-res monitors (1440p, 4k) typically need a higher DPI scale on their desktop.

Please fix this Blizz. It went on all through Beta, made it to live, and here we still are…

1080p here, been having the same exact problem. It looks horrible and makes me not want to even log in.

I did some troubleshooting in Windows - WoW should be “DPI unaware” but instead it has become “per monitor aware”. I have tried EVERYTHING to change this, except reducing my DPI scaling back down to 100% (that would screw up my desktop). No matter what I do, I can’t override WoW’s behavior.

I’m in the same boat; hoping for addons to fix it at some point.
