I think Blizzard already announced everything they plan at launch except the actual launch date

Since 2004 in wow unfortunately.
Just because Susan Express loves you long time doesn’t mean other players or Blizzard should tolerate the violation of the EULA or the lazy entitlement of buying one’s way through the game instead of actual game play. Buyers and sellers should be perma’d.
Having Blizzard sell you the gold is still rmt. Still lazy. Still enttitled. Just now no ban hammer involved. Ask if you want it - I didn’t object to that. Just own your weakness.

later on? well it seems some got survey mail about what if mop ends it all and we get retail conversions there.
lets have that that happen. Mop has the services to help pay classic’s bills. if a money maker removed….it need to be anniv to pick up the slack.
Because if mop goes retail, any service/token sales there by people who the move would be Ion’s sales. Not aggrend’s.
i own the fact that megaservers and armies of bots make it impossible to fund a weeks worth of raiding without grinding instances or boosting (both of which are being taken away) or barely scraping by for the scraps that the bots and megaserver pops drop off their table.
its a problem when you farm herbs for 2 hrs a day for 2 weeks straight and often come out with only 2 or 3 herbs from a 2 hr session at many different times during the day and night.
it will only get worse with tbc as the map size is even smaller and there are less zones.
so please dont preach to me on your high horse about rmt when the game is being built against people who want to play legit.
I don’t think it will. If I do decide to play, I kind of hope it would be, but that’s just because I find farming them more interesting than a lot of other in-game activities.
In Retail, I can farm tokens from queuing arenas, which is an activity I find fun. I doubt that will be possible in TBC though…

It’s how you feel. Didn’t want to single anyone out individually including opie. I tend to use “you” without clarifying it is general not personal. It is just my observation and it doesn’t have to be shared.
I don’t mind that people ask Blizzard to do this (put in the token). You are a customer too. I just believe that even if they put in the token botting and scarcity will still be an issue. Blizzard needs to do more.
But they won’t.
If my words were hurtful to you I apologize (watching a hockey game that got me emotional so my attention wandered).
But there are many out there that honestly don’t have the time and/or motivation to go after goals in game. There are things that developers put in that are timesinks. They weren’t meant for everyone. I accept that and don’t feel the need to ask them to change it because it is an old, long solved game. Others believe differently and that’s okay. As always - ymmv.

I’m long removed from the anniversary economy, so u don’t really have any idea of what it’s like. I remember Dream’s Econ feeling fine, but that could just be the rose tinting of time coloring it.
