WoW Token questions

I want to use the WoW token to get bnet balance to buy the diablo 4 expansion.

As I havent played retail in ages and only classic I was curious if I can convert classic tokens to bnet balance?

And if I cant, would it be possible to have a friend trade me retail tokens to exchange for bnet balance?

The website doesn’t differentiate apparently, so yeah. I guess so.

You can’t trade a token to someone. You can only put it on the AH or buy it from the AH. Plus you really don’t want to circumvent the official means of trading when it involves real money. That’ll probably get you banned.
