WoW token purchased from AH still not in mail/inventory 24 hours later

As title states, bought a WoW token off the AH in hopes of turning it into blizzard bucks (balance). However, nearly 24 hours later, the token is not in my mail nor inventory.

-Yes, the gold has been removed from my character
-Yes, I’ve checked my inventory over multiple times with a fine tooth comb. It’s not there.
-Yes, I’ve checked my mail thoroughly, it’s been completely empty for awhile.
-Yes, I disabled addons just to be 100% sure (even though I don’t use any inventory, mail, or UI addons).

Same issue wow token purchased, gold removed, unable to get token. my game time expires in a few hours so kind of important.
