I am trying to purchase a WoW Token using gold from the Auction House, but I keep getting the following message:
“Game time must be purchased at least once on this account to be eligible to buy a WoW Token with gold.”
However, I have already purchased game time before using a credit card (Visa) on this account, and my subscription is currently still active (with about two days remaining). I also have enough gold on my character to buy the token.
Because of this, I believe there might be an issue or restriction incorrectly applied to my account.
Could you please check my account and help me resolve this so I can purchase a WoW Token with gold?

You need to have bought and consumed 30 days of game time. After those 30 days are done you should be able to purchase tokens from the AH.
When your game time runs out, when you sign into your account there should be a prompt asking you if you want to use gold to purchase a token to consume and turn into game time, assuming you have enough gold.
