Just bought the weapon appearance from the ascended quartermaster and was I ever blown away. The dramatic change from “Normal staff” to “Staff on a slightly cloudy day” was unreal. The bags I sold to pay for it and the lives of Forsworn Researchers and their Stewards who dropped the cloth were worth it for such a striking change in appearance.
I hope this isn’t why 9.1.5 was taking so long.

Hello, I see you made a post about weapon appearances. I have to agree with you, the artwork for weapons is by and away the greatest in the gaming industry. There is no way I could think of something having such a dramatic effect on the appearance of a weapon as tweaking the color slightly. Truly the greatest minds work for Blizzard Entertainment, that’s for sure! Just like you, I too would have serious difficulty picking between these weapon choices!

Some are better on different weapon types. I like the kyrian enchant because it makes your weapon slightly translucent but to get the full effect you have to have a weapon big enough for it to be visible.
What graphics settings do you have? Or is that not the issue?
They’re maxed on pretty much everything.
So I’m reading a new thread by you, not your first one where you said you finally figured out how to make one, but maybe your second(?) about a topic I won’t identify (for obvious reasons), and I was two lines into it when - POOF! - your OP disappeared and as I scrolled down to see if anyone quoted it so I could finish reading it, then new messages stopped appearing and - POOF - the thread disappeared.
Now I’m wondering, are you off on a new vacation and if so, for how long this time? And what locale have you chosen to vacation at?
