Wow suddenly freezes then starts consuming increasing ram till it reaches 100% and crashes

Hey guys. I’ve tried quite an enormous amount of fixed detailed in an earlier post i had made. i think you can reach it through my profile, it should be the only other place I have posted.

To summarize:
renaming the files mentioned in other posts to “oldcache” etc.
completely deleting all cache and old cache files. Yes there are more than just the cache, but i can’t remember all the names. I did it with several files. This is supposed to be a user interface reset or something
Completely uninstalled the blizzard launcher, and TBC classic.
Tried it on completely minimum graphics settings.
Window mode occasionally just completely crashes the game if i go into windowed mode. but even if it will run, it still gets the same error
I tried uninstalling my curseforge along with all apps, uninstalled blizzard app and tbc classic again, along with all remaining “empty” files that stay on your computer.
reinstalled it all, and tried running it before installing any addons in my new fresh install. Still crashed.
tried uninstalling again and choosing new destination folders on my C drive instead of my E drive. Still crashes.
I can’t play for more than 15-20m at a time cause this just constantly occurs. I’m out of ideas.

~~ furthermore someone had me send a dxdiag file, where they found instances of it crashing due to the following two things

After i uninstalled the ASGT.exe the game worked completely fine for several months. but one night my computer did an update, and ever since the issue has completely returned. I’ve not yet uninstalled the corsair, instead i tried to update it, but now there seems to be 4 corsair files lurking about, pertaining to sound.exe and maintenance.exe. No longer just the ICUE and the corsairservice.exe. there’s also an iceu service interaction.

Would you guys suggest i get a new mouse? or maybe find out if another dxdiag test will show another program blocking me? Cause tbh new mice are kind of expensive, and a hassle to set up keybinds all over again.

Have you seen the following about the corsair exe?:

Corsair.Service.exe is not essential for the Windows OS and causes relatively few problems. Corsair.Service.exe is located in a subfolder of “C:\Program Files (x86)”—for instance *C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software*. Known file sizes on Windows 10/8/7/XP are 80,936 bytes

Some malware camouflages itself as Corsair.Service.exe, particularly when located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder. Therefore, you should check the Corsair.Service.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat.

If you have a malware detection app, you might want to run it. I use Malwarebytes myself.
