I’m just trying to relate since you’ve been playing since 04 apparently. And that would of been the correct PC specs for the era for a general PC user. My PC runs great thanks for asking tho! I can send you a spec sheet if you wanna meet us here in the 21st century! And it’s great that you love pandas, but telling someone just quit because they don’t agree with your individual opinion is inane.
Dear lord man this is just embarrassing. Literally every “point” your making as to why D4 will be a bad game are just your personal opinions or feelings. How does a game being a “team game” make it complex? You say it’s good because it’s challenging but you only have 215 achievement points (you have more forum posts than you do points? what.), so you clearly aren’t doing challenges. You clearly don’t know anything about D3 since you think there aren’t roles or teamwork involved (people are always looking for supports to group with). Like cmon man, just make one point that isn’t purely emotion based.

I’m looking forward to Shadowlands it seems they listened to what players were asking/telling them. New classes or races is just shiny fluff and wont fix the current state of the game. The changes they are doing is like saying Hey we hear you and we were wrong lets go back and try make it right.

wow in terms of pvp and end game challenge and content is a million times more complex.
and yeah the that there are roles and people aren’t just basically dps machines is a big part of it.
there is way more strategy and thought that goes into being the first team to beat a mythic raid boss than making an optimized diablo 3 character, obviously.
not to mention, wow classes are way more complex than diablo 3 classes by a long shot.
part of that reason is they have more abilites, secondly because utility is a thing that exists in the wow universe…whereas it is basically irrelevant in the diablo 3 universe

Same with WrA. Queues are like 5 minutes from level 15 to cap. Even Alliance side leveling alts has not been a problem because queues are hopping. Retail is far from dead.

Sadly if you really cared about WOW you had already quit the game, the game at this moment is around 2-3 million subscribers lol. compare that to 12 million in cata and wrath.
And it all has to do with dumbing down the game.
the current wow audience are a bunch of sweaty fat whales that play this game only to buy transmog and pets and mouths from the activision shop.
no one cares about gameplay or classes anymore.

Well since you’re 120 we know that it must be true for yourself, but I’m gonna debate that it’s true for the entirety of the WoW audience.
My exact feeling when BFA was announced at Blizzcon was apathy. There was nothing exciting about it. I remember thinking to myself is this really what they are doing as a follow up to Legion? They couldnt find anything better? I thought it would suck that day and I was right, even if later patches made it a bit better. At least Shadowlands looks promising and has my interest far more than BFA did though I am cautious about it because I dont feel like it has enough features for a full blown expansion. Maybe I am just tired of the routine with WoW xpacs these days which basically consists of announcing new lands and a couple of xpac specific features that nobody really asked for. WoW is old enough now that continuously adding new zones isn’t going to be that interesting anymore when most of the zones in the game are empty due to how many there are. At some point they need to go backwards and use more of the previously released content in the future to make it more relevant again.

You see a single cinematic, that was, quite frankly, pretty awesome, and you immediately go to “OMG, this sucks!”

Also, where did you see anything about ICC other than it’s the place where we see the “other side”?
It’s ok, if you think WoW is dead, you can show yourself out. I’mma hang and see what’s what before I make that sort of decision.

Maybe, but they can’t end the Faction war overnight, they have to build to it, sadly they haven’t stated what the situation is, which is annoying.
Yes, however I think they are doing a heavy redo on this expansion, so it might be hard on them.
Odd take away on it, I didn’t see that at all. Only thing close is the tower dungeon in the endgame, and they said hundred floors, so not really ICC.
That is what they said, they’re doing a class overhaul, what that means is a wait and see.
yah that was a let down, but who knows the updated skill system might be worth no new class.
I’ve been here since Jan 12, 2005. It’s been Meh since Cataclysm for me, and yet I still play. I suspect I will continue to play until they close WOW down.
As I have been saying throughout my posts. I truly hope I am wrong about the expansion. If they somehow manage to bring back unique play styles and true character customization that made the game so great, I would be over the moon. However they just keep shoving more of the same characters in to the already played out story. We had the first horde bad guy in WoD and that was a flop. They tried again in BFA, that was an even bigger flop. Now they go for round 3? You can understand why it’s getting hard to forgive and forget. I’ve played Warlock Since ICC and it’s always been that 1 class that I pick up and love no matter what. But they have gutted every single spec into press 3 buttons and then use your big spender and repeat. Theres no substance to the individual specs. Much less the classes as a whole. As it is, most classes function this way. And I haven’t even dared touch the dumpster fire that is the current pvp system. I just want a game that has a challenge. Not a game where I can pick any class and clear end game content in a few days.
P.S. And before anyone says “They said they are changing that at Blizzcon”. All he said was that they felt some specs played too different from the others and they wanted more class unity. That doesn’t mean anything for a revamp or re-design. All we have been told is hey you get 2 new buttons! Pretty neat huh?

Yes, honestly. We don’t know where she’s getting this power, or how/why she was granted it. But we will find out. Would you prefer characters just never evolve and stay the same forever?
