I completed the Order of the Cloud Serpent at Exalted but cannot get the achievement. Not sure if other reps are affected post-patch.

This occurred to me with Sunreaver Onslaught. Reached Exalted after the pre-patch but achievement wasn’t received.

Could just be me but also you cannot do the Aid the Sunreavers quest for rep anymore since update lastnight.
This happened to me as well, today I reach exalted with Sunreaver Onslaught but Remix achievement wasn’t received.
I’m having the same issue. I reach exalted today with order of the cloud serpent but did not get the achievement.
Same with Kirin Tor Offensive
Same thing for me, I’ve been achievement farming on Remix with my Druid and I’ve had no prbs until TWW prepatch. Waited a day before I could play and when I finally got back on Wednesday (24hrs after patch), I hit exalted with Order of the Cloud Serpent and didn’t get the Remix achievement. Upon logging out of the game and back in (with no addons loaded), I got the original MOP OotCS achievement to pop, (which I didn’t have because I skipped the MOP exp in the past), but still didn’t get the Remix one. I only care about the Remix one as that’s been my goal for Remix the whole time is the achievements. Now I’m worried about continuing to pursue grinding for any of them. I hope Blizz can fix this soon. 
Edit to say: I did enter a bug report on the matter and opened a support ticket. Got a canned response though. “Check the forums for assistance.”

This happened to me today on Sylphie-Dentarg. I was however able to get exalted with Shado-Pan Assault with no problem on a different timerunner today.
On 6/30/24 after the update my Order of the Cloud Serpent rep is still showing as not completed even though it is exalted and the Sunreaver Onslaught rep I got exalted today on Muller-Dentarg and it doesn’t show as completed. This is totally unrelated to the other reps I have completed on my warband as remix is a separate achievement. So if it is connected then it is broken as it shouldn’t be. A timerunner and retail are not connected until after 8/19/24. Please fix.
Yup. Only two I haven’t unlocked despite being exalted. Annoying as an achievement hunter.
Seems to be the Sunreaver Onslaught and Order of the Cloud Serpent are bugged and not rewarding once the criteria are satisfied.
Also happened to me just now for Order of the Cloud Serpent.
Seems to be an underlying issue with rep gains in general. I’ve been doing the zone campaigns to finish up the last few achievements. Notably, working on Klaxxi, every quest only gives 250 net rep.

“Klaxxi Reputation Decreased by 250”
is pretty much the chat window after every turn in, except the one I just turned in that was increased by 5000 and decreased by 4750. Pretty alarming, looking at the forums seems it’s been going on since prepatch. Please fix this!
I also have the same issue. And the day before the 24 hr patch. I was only 1500 points away from making Exalted with the Sunreavers Onslaught. Then you shut down for 24+ hours to do this War Within patch. When I got back on finally, it said that I was exalted with the Sunreavers Onslaught before I even started on my daily quests for it. I think it is an issue with the Warbands now involved where all achievements are shared across the toons. And, that is why I think my achievement never finished because of the warband issue. In the reputations section, it shows that I’m exalted. When I finished a quest called “Life Blood” and, received a toy called “Glorious Standard of the Sunreaver Onslaught” that you get when you reach exalted. But the achievement didn’t register and still shows as not completed. So even though I finished it, I didn’t get the recognition of completing it or receiving the Bronze Cache.
Same here. Playing is very frustrating these days with all the bugs.
Alright, put my name in the hat as well. I unlocked exalted for Order of the Cloud Serpent but I never received the achievement. I’m also running into Operation: Shieldwall issues; the amount of reputation is being decreased when I turn in quests.
I also wasn’t given the Remix version of the Sunreaver Onslaught achievement when I reached it on my mage. Last achievement I need to have all of the Remix achievements.
Same, happened just now with my Timerunner. Rep shows as exalted in the tracking window but hasn’t triggered the achievement.
