WOW randomly freezes and monitors go black for 20-30secs

For the last year, I’ve had issues where my mac randomly freezes and my monitors go black for 20-30 seconds. When it comes back, all windows are open as they were before freezing BUT I’ve been logged out of WOW with error WOW51900319. I can reconnect and sometimes it freezes again right away and sometimes it takes a few mins.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled WOW several times and I don’t have any add-ons running. This happens with several OS versions since Ventura. I checked for crash/spin logs and nothing shows up in console that would indicate a system issue. I run other apps that are resource intensive (ProTools and Final Cut Pro) and my system is stable with no freezes or crashes.

I also have an older macbook pro with the same Intel graphics (Intel UHD 630 with 1536MB) running Sequoia 15.3, with 16GB ram and an older processor and WOW runs fine on that machine with no freezes.

My specs are:

MacMini
3.2 GH, 6-core i7 processor
Intel UHD 630 with 1536MB
64GB Ram
Sequoia 15.3
Dell U2720Q (happens with both HDMI and USB-C plugged)

Thanks in advance for any help/guidance you can provide!

sounds like a non WoW issue triggered by WoW to me
like maybe too much power consumption or something thats the best I got
