If by WA you mean Weak Auras, have you complained to the addons actual author?

Only because I see your posting character is 110, has it been a long time since you last logged in?
If so, WoW’s file structure was changed not too long ago so it’s possible your addons are in the different location.
This is why you should maintain a backup of your WTF folder.

the game will have one autosaved backup, and it might not be overly current, but typically you dont change your options very often so it might be viable.
check under your savedvariables folder for an addon.lua.bak file, rename the current one to .old, then rename the .bak to remove that part.
and as mentioned - make backups of your wtf folder, even if you only do it after making addon config changes
Unfortunately that backup is typically overwritten the moment you log out after discovering an issue like this.
