I find it disgusting that blizzard charges 50 bucks for the expansion. 50 bucks for long que times, server crashes, in game bugs (like a lot of them), game mechanics not working. And all we really get is some new designs slapped on some old content that they reused. Then after all this garbage you’re going to charge me monthly on top of it too??? yeah, no thank you, this next expansion better the best thing ever to happen to this game for me to even think about playing retail again.

Op, for expacs buy later. I got tww on one of those later deep discount deals. Even the TW cata week I caught was kind of fun since I like some redesigns in the dungeons. No regret buy since cheap as hell.
also not seeing server data…if illidan or a52, you need to give up the pipedream of expacs working day 1.
when illidan and a52 rant on log in issues…20 other servers are playing. the trend is subtle…but its there.

Since my friends started playing classic in January I haven’t had a reason to log into retail. Even when I quit during MoP (original mop) to play Tera I didn’t go this long without at least logging into retail. I have no real idea what the storyline has been post shadowlands, and I don’t care.
I’d pay $50 for a Classic+ expansion.

to be fair…there was hope as metzen came back. the afrasiabi crap was supposed to be cleared out and danuser is gone iirc.

I quit week 1 of Cata. Writing was on the wall and it has repeatedly proven to be a good choice.

Update: I uninstalled all of it and unsubscribed. And to whoever told me to touch grass well, my homie grass is rock hard in the corner now and he wasn’t soft or green he was black like dove dark chocolate black with the almonds but anyways life’s a lot better now that I’m not playing this game anymore.
Strangely my friend, we’re all on Classic Vanilla because we agree with you. Don’t think you’re gonna find a lot of people here that disagree that retail is in a bad place now.
No more empty ultimatums directed at Blizzard and plenty of time to touch grass.
