ive already been able to play the game at 14 gigs remaining but now play button is greyed out and its stuck at 0 bytes for an hour ive already tried to stop auto detect on lan but I cant seem to fix.

There are a few things that can cause an update to go slowly. Lets try the following steps to see if they help. If they do get the game updating again please let it finish before trying to play.
If you continue to have issues after trying the above steps please get us the following file so we can take a closer look into this for you.

Did you try this :
Control Panel -> (Network and Internet) -> Internet options -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings and uncheck Automatically detect settings.

If “Automatically detect settings” is already unchecked, enable it, then open Internet Explorer(regardless of what browser you normally use), load a website, go back there and this time, uncheck that option and leave it unchecked.
yep tried that weird part is when its stuck at 0 I still get 1mbps activity on task manager but on disk transfer its like 4 kbs per scond which isn’t related to the app also im using mobile hostpot as internet but it shouldn’t matter I have even reinstalled battlenet app and repaired files ect…
