i liked their earlier installments personally (warcraft 2)…when they were more savage and raw. i felt like each of their clans also had more identity during that period. 
anyway, that era was def inspired by tolkien lore! which is great, because i love orcs like Azog! 
now they’re just like good guy nomad humans…pretty boring. they missed their chance to have that again with Garrosh

This right here. They kind of ruined orcs when they tried to instill honor in them. Orcs are, imo, better as a savage and brutal race. Not one that cares about dignity and righteousness.

They really lost a lot of their uniqueness fast., Garrosh was actually doing a lot to recapture it but now their back to being stooges shouting “Honor” whilst participating in war crimes.
